RETURNS & EXCHANGES
•Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of the date the item was shipped to you.
•Credits will be given in the form of an online store credit only. We cannot offer refunds.
•Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 877.484.7265 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
•All returns must include a copy of your original packing slip/receipt and be returned in the original J Grace & Co jewelry box and/or other packaging.
•If exchanging, please make a note of the item for which you’d like to exchange.
•Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition. We cannot accept items with visible wear and tear, damage, or modification of any type.
•Customized or special order items and clearance merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
•We are not responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item, such as wearing or cleaning.
•We will not refund return shipping charges and cannot accept COD deliveries.
•Store credits will be processed within 2 to 5 days of our receipt and approval of your returned product. Store credit will be applied to the customer’s account under which the order was placed.
•In the event that the purchase included free gift(s) or promotional item(s), you must also return these items to be eligible for full credit, otherwise the value of the free gift(s) or promotional item(s) will be deducted from your refund amount.
An RMA is not a guaranteed approval or credit of your return. Returns are subject to inspection.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please notify us by email at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. We will email a USPS return label to you and if available, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of your return. Merchandise must not have been worn or washed and are subject to Returns & Exchanges guidelines
